How to reduce wrinkles

Ladies would give anything to avoid having 'wrinkles'! However, you cannot stop nature from taking its course , though you can delay the onset of wrinkles.

There are a few ways to reduce wrinkles:

1. Avoid sunlight. The worst is between 10am-4pm. Caroline UV cream is a very effective sunblock cream.

2.Moisturise your skin. As skin ages, it tends to get dry. Dry skin will get more wrinkles.( Caroline hydrating serum and Juvane )

3.Antioxidants. Pollution in the air and chemicals in our food release free radicals into our bodies. Free radicals break down the collagen and elastin in your skin which leads to wrinkles and sagging ski

( Collagen/firming/Vit.C serums are effective in safe guarding your skin against free radicals).

Take note: More discussions on free radicals in regards to ageing on my next post.

4.Nutrition and hydration.

A proper diet of healthy fresh foods as well as sufficient hydration is vital for prevention of ageing skin.
Supplements, water and proper exercise are important elements in the fight against ageing.
Water has been regarded as a 'natural moisturiser' for the skin. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day will improve the texture of your skin and fight dry skin.

Lastly, not to forget is sleep. A good night sleep is very important since new cells are formed while you are asleep.
