How To Apply Gold Leaf On Your Face

As we know, it is quite expensive to go to saloon for Gold Facial.However, you can do it at home.Now, how do you apply the Gold Leaf on to your face?
1.Apply some serum(if possible Gold Serum) on your face and neck.
2.Cut the Gold Leaf into 5 pieces.(Normally Gold Leaves are packed with thin papers for easy handling).
3.Take one piece at a time and place the Gold Leaf on your Forehead, Cheeks,Nose,Chin and Neck.Leave them on for 20 minutes.

Hmmmm, I wonder which word is correct for me to apply to'hair'.In actual fact, both words are correct!(Thats what I found out when I googled).Both words have the same meaning, referring to colour. GREY is the British spelling and GRAY is the American spelling, thats all!!!

Reason behind this: Guys are more stoic (unaffected/indifferent) when it comes to 'grey hair'. However this is not the case with ladies.Ladies are more scared of grey hair since this would make them look older.

1.Blood Flow.

Healthy Lifestyle???

We are talking about Healthy Lifestyle, but what do you consider as being healthy lifestyle? Healthy Lifestyle is about movements and eating the right food.
Movements:Besides doing the normal and necessary movements, we have to add more movements to our daily routine:
1.Phone calls...movements can be added while you are making or receiving phone calls...pacing while you talk!This can shed off a few calories, try it!
2.Walking...park your car a few spaces away so that you can walk to add movements.Or, walk the stairs instead of using the elevators.
3.Chores...Do gardening, sweep/vacuum the floor and tidy your lawn.
Eating:Eating the right food is very important.
Add more fruits/veges
Drink 6-8 glasses of water
Avoid Caffeine,Sugar and Fat.
Have a smoke free and alcohol free life.
So Healthy Lifestyle means leading a life with healthy food and movements, movements and movements!
Exercise and eating the right food are keys to Healthy Lifestyle.
1.Be weight conscious...check your weight always (at least once a week)
2.No sitting after your meals...try to move about,clear the table or wash your plates etc.
3.Try to walk about after one hour of sitting in front of your TV or PC

Personal Review on Tabita Skin Care

Hi, today is my 1st anniversary of using Tabita Skin Care.
I have used many products before but none that I like until I found Tabita.Tabita is a special product that I think I cannot live without it.My skin has improved a great deal and Tabita has sort of neutralize my skin condition, no more oily skin and open pores!I noticed that my skin is fairer( but not to the extend that the face is different from the rest of the body!),it is just nice and blend well.
This is my normal daily routine:
Morning:Wash my face with Tabita Facial Soap, Rub in Egyptian Magic Cream ,Apply Tabita Day Cream. Then I brush on Tabita Loose Powder.
Night:Wash face with Tabita Facial Soap,Rub in Egyptian Magic Cream again(but massage a little bit longer). Leave it for a few minutes and Apply Tabita Night Cream.
Take note: I use Tabita Toner only 2-3 times a week. Tabita Toner tend to make my skin a bit drying, so I have to adjust according to my skin condition.

Weight Bearing Exercises

Osteoporosis is a disease where the bones become brittle and weak and easily fracture especially in the elderlies. Osteoporosis means 'porous bones' and porous means 'full of holes'. So when you have this disease, your bones become weak and if you fall,your bones have greater risk of being fractured.
However,there are ways to protect yourself from having weak and brittle doing weight bearing exercises:
Examples are:
weight training, dancing, running and some of yoga postures, Aerobics class,Team sports involving running and throwing -- basketball, football, baseball, softball, volleyball .
The most important thing to remember though is not to fall!If you fall, you might fracture your bones! To protect yourself from falling is to have strong bones and this can be achieved if you learn to balance properly and strengthen your bones.
Another important aspect is to take the right food and drink. Add more calcium to your diet and take less caffeine in your system.

Do you know that your body is covered with dead cells? Well it's true.You need to keep it clean always by:
1.Body Brushing
By body brushing, your body will be brushed with soft Bristle Brush.You have to brush your skin in a long sweeping movement and towards your heart.This process will eliminate all the dead skin cells, and at the same time will allow your body to have a good blood circulation and increase your immune system.
The second process after Body Brushing is Exfoliation.This is done by scrubbing your body and should be done while your body is wet(in the shower) in order not to over-scratch your skin.Do it in a circular movement and again in the direction of your heart.However, you need to do it gently over the chest area as your skin is much more thinner here.Area that need to have special care are fee ts, elbows and knees. These areas are drier than your other body parts.
Once you feel that your body is smooth, no more dead skin cells, you need to moisturise it.Many people do not body brush and exfoliate their bodies.They do not realise that IF you do not exfoliate your body, whatever cream or lotion that you put on your body will go to waste, as it does not penetrate into the skin that is covered by dead cells!
