In search of Fountain of Youth.

Hmmmm, well, yesterday was my birthday, and of course I marked another milestone in my inevitable march to old age. Whether you like it or not, you are growing older every day, you may not notice it, but you are!
When we shift out of our teenage years into our twenties, most of the changes that we encounter about growing older are good. When we are in our twenties, growing older means a lot of freedom and a lot of adventure. Physically, we are at our peak of perfection! We continue to enjoy the many benefits of growing older right into thirties and forties, as we accumulate more wisdom and our bodies and brains are still functioning well.
However, as we venture into fifth and sixth decades, growing older starts to have some negative effects that most of us do not like. Our beautiful perfection of youth is gone!Well, what you eat has a big effect on how well - or badly- you age.One category of food that you will want to become friends with is Antioxidants. Antioxidants help you fight disease and keep you looking young.
Top Antioxidant Foods:
1.Fruits (all berries, grapes,plums, pineapples,kiwis, pomegranates.)
2.Veges (Spinach, brussel sprouts, peppers, red beets.)
Other foods that are high in Antioxidants: Dry fruits, nuts, seeds and cereals.
Another factor affecting how well or how badly you age is sleep. Less than six hours of sleep every night can lead to stroke, overeating and heart disease.
So get moving, keep your body and brain active, Watch what you put in your mouth, and try to get six to eight hours of sleep every night.
