Health benefits of Bananas

I am still talking about bananas. It is really amazing what these bananas can do to your body. Here are some nutritional facts for a serving of banana:
1 medium ripe banana....Total content: fat= 0g Cholestrol = 0g and Calories = 110
A banana has Potassium, Dietary Fiber, Sugar, Vitamin C and Vitamin B6 .
However there are a few health benefits as well when you take bananas:
1.Bananas are good for your heart and nerves.
2.Also good for your kidneys and bones.
3.Bananas are good for your blood as well.
4.Bananas are good for kids.
However,like always,stuff should be done in moderation and it should be noted that all the above health benefits are “general observations” - and there must be, for sure, exceptions to general observations. Despite being labelled as “fattening” and too high in sugar, a small banana only contains about 100 calories, which is not much more than a medium apple.
So ladies, go for the banana diet and tell me the results!!!
It seems Bananas improve skin complexion too!!
